They say 5 to 7 business days but to be honest, sometimes it takes a little longer but normally the CPEs will appear if you have provided your isc # at the account setup stage. Just make sure you keep track of everything you have done and if anything is not showing up properly after a few weeks, definitely contact member support.
They've been much better recently. The last magazine quiz I did (which was only a couple of weeks ago) the CPEs were added exactly 5 business days later. Good point about keeping track though - this is something I do myself.
