How/ Where to enter for CPE for completing an online class from ISC2

I have sent an email to ask this question 2 weeks go but I have not received any response.

I  completed the GDPR online class i3 weeks ago  offered through ISC2 and am trying to figure out how to enter the earned CPEs.

The class instructions indicated that we must enter  in our own  CPEs.  I tried to enter the CPEs, but when I selected yes to " have you fulfilled a CPE offered by ISC2?" there were only 3 options available. none of which are applicable to this class ( chapter mgmt, chapter formations, prepare for presentation).

 

I also tried selecting " on behalf " there are several items listed but the portal does not allow me to select any of them. It says CPEs will automatically be entered on your behalf 3-5 days and now I have a note indicating " CPES for audit".

How do I enter the CPEs for this class.

@slandry I apologize for the confusion. Please use the instructions below to submit your CPEs.

 

1. Enter begin/end date

2. Select 'no' to event sponsored by (ISC)² (even if it was, always select no)

3. Education (tab)

4. 'Online webinar, podcasts, and other online training' - this is like our "general" category

 

You may submit 1 CPE per hour for the course.
