Help with CPE Express courses for members

I am a member in good standing, I can provide my member ID if needed, I am trying to enter the Express courses free for members by am getting a not authorized webpage, even though I am logged into the ISC2 member site.  How do I correct this?

I registered and started an express course.  Completed module 2 by end of day.  Now it does not show up in my course (no trace of it) and I also get the permission denied when I try to start from the beginning again...  Sad.

@denisonf I am sorry that you're getting a not authorized webpage.  Fortunately, our Member Support team can help!  Please email them at membersupport@isc2.org and include your member ID.

Tony ,Thanks I am working through that channel also. Thought I might get a quicker resolution this way
