I wanted to purchase the CISSP exam, and after following the steps on the website and introducing the card details, I got a message saying there was an error with my order, but the payment went through (749$). I didn't receive any confirmation email, the order history section appears empty, and the item is still in the cart, as if I didn't pay for it. But ISC2 received the money.
I tried calling the support numbers but nobody picked my call, I sent a form but still didn't receive any reply, and didn't find any similar cases while searching the internet. Also waited a few hours to see if the Order History section would update, but nothing. Would appreciate some assistance with this, as I have paid for the CISSP but the website is not showing it.
