GridEX2017 cert for CPE

work for a major utility company and have been participating in GridEX2017.  This is a DoE exercise in cyber security that simulates attack on utility infrastructure and networks.  I have received a 16 CPE certificate from SANS and would like to use this for my annual CISSP CPE's as well.  Any advice on what domain and description to use?

@heflinator Thank you for reaching out regarding CPEs for GridEX2017. I would suggest maybe listing GridEX2017 under the "Education Course and Seminar" category as it is a course provided by SANS. Per the CPE Policies and Guidelines, members may submit 1 CPE per hour of attendance under the Education Course and Seminar category. If you spent 16 hours participating, you would submit 16 CPEs. Please use your best professional judgement when determining the domain type. If you believe the activity covered more then one domain, you would submit under "Multiple Domains - Group A".

If I can be of further assistance, please feel free to contact me at any time.

Best,

Amanda Vance
