GIVE MY MONEY BACK NOW!!!

I am not asking politely anymore.

 

I am writing this because ISC2 has completely IGNORED every single attempt I have made to get my promised exam fee refund. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY OUTRAGEOUS AND UNACCEPTABLE!

 

Your team explicitly stated in an email that my refund would take 6 to 8 weeks.

It has now been WELL OVER 8 WEEKS, and you are effectively holding my money hostage with zero communication!

 

Look at what I have had to do just to get a simple answer from this so-called "professional" organization:

 - Emailed examadministration@isc2.org on February 17? IGNORED!

 - Posted on this very Member Support forum last Sunday? COMPLETELY IGNORED!

 - Tried calling the support phone lines? NO ANSWER AT ALL!

 

Is this the "Gold Standard" of professionalism that ISC2 constantly boasts about? Taking candidates' hard-earned money and then completely disappearing? THIS IS UNETHICAL AND HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL.

 

I AM DONE WAITING. I DEMAND MY REFUND IMMEDIATELY.

 

I am demanding that a moderator or management team member looks into my Candidate ID(2618413) right now and processes my money TODAY.

 

GIVE MY MONEY BACK NOW!!!
