Free CC exam is not available

I want to avail the free CC exam but it is showing a fee of $199 when I try to register. Please help

Please contact the exam team at examadministration@isc2.org to receive assistance with the CC 1 million in cybersercurity promotion on how to schedule the exam outside of the $199 fee.
