Exam Cancelled Without notificacion - Help

Hey, today i travel from my homecity in Chile to Santiago to take the exam for CC certification, when i presented my ID the recepcionist told me that i wasn't on the list so i had to come back to my city without taking the exam, i check my emails and spam folder and no cancellation information about was found.

There is any way that i can get help? i tried the chat but no answer.
