Anybody else getting this error when trying to view your CPE's?
Unable to Process Request Concurrent requests limit exceeded.
To protect all customers from excessive usage and Denial of Service attacks, we limit the number of long-running requests that are processed at the same time by an organization. Your request has been denied because this limit has been exceeded by your organization. Please try your request again later.
@CISOScott & @dcontesti I apologize for the inconvenience. This is also a know issue we have a ticket submitted for. We believe this may be an Okta issue and will have this resolved as soon as possible.

Another data point. Yesterday and today, I have been getting a green "Loading" circle on https://cpe.isc2.org/s/ that never finishes. Normally, the loading does take a bit longer than one would expect (10-30 seconds), but today, it is still spinning after 5 minutes.
I did successfully enter my creds on the Okta page. The page with the "Loading" circle does have a "logout" button, leading me to believe that the Okta login did complete successfully.
It is occurring both with Chrome 69, Chrome 70 and Firefox 62.0.3.
@denbesten Thank you for providing more information. I will provide this to the IT team working on these issues. The loading screen is another known error part of a similar issue.

I was able to get in after a brief period of time had passed.
Just submitted an item, and no more than normal delay.
So, is it just me staring at the hypnotizing green loading circle? A banner or such would help in this; i'm not sure of anything right now...
