Error Message "CPE ID: id value of incorrect type: a1r41000002S9ngAAC"

Is there currently an issue with the CPE system?  I am trying to enter a few CPEs and I get the error message in my subject line.  Then it appears as though the CPE is not uploaded or posted.  Is there something extra that I need to do?  Thank you.
