Endorsement submission failure

I send two different email more than a week now and I do not seem to be getting any response. I called and no-one seem to be answering the phone. 
I am unable to submit the endorsement due to the following error
You must resolve the following error before you can continue: 
You must have passed the certification within the last 9 month. Contact (ISC2) member services at membersupport@isc2.org for additional information. 
I have passed my exam and it has been confirmed by email on Monday the 23rd Sept. Why can I not submit the endorsement online ????
Could you please help.

Hi Kaity,

I am received one reply last week from a gentleman called Christopher McLendon,
I have replied to him last week but since then haven't had any reply back from him and the issue has not been resolved.

Can you please just ask for this issue to be resolved?
