I was wondering whether you could help me out.
I'm experiencing a technical issue where I am unable to re-submit a new CISSP endorsement (since Monday 04-Nov-2019).
The issue was resolved according to the technical team (ticket created and followed-up with your lovely colleague Mary), yet I am still experiencing this issue.
I don't see the ability to select the CISSP certificate and my original request is still pending, although Mary had said she rejected it and I got an official e-mail that I was rejected.
The reason why it got rejected is because I made an error in my endorsement application where I apparently filled in the application (=experience) date incorrectly, instead of 01-Oct-2015, I filled in 01-Oct-2019;
