Customer Service

Good Morning - Am I the only person unable to reach customer service? I have questions about my CPEs and qualifying activities. When I dial the customer service number, the prompt says that they are closed for the holiday. Today, nor yesterday, is a holiday. Any insight provided will be greatly appreciated.
