Creating a Disaster Recovery Program

Hi all, I'll be starting a new opportunity soon and be responsible to create a Disaster Recovery Program for a company that currently has none.  I've worked in DR for many years, never from scratch however. Thought I would solicit the group to see if anyone has advice/suggestions as well as possible reference material.  I'll be checking both ISO and NIST.  Thanks in advance!  Jim
