I purchased access to the ISSAP online course 9 days ago. After not getting access to the material within 24 hours I miraculously got through to a member of the customer support team on the phone. They confirmed that the training, for some reason, hadnt automatically been added to my training page.
They told me a ticket will be raised with the education team and actioned within 48 hours. Backdating my 180 day access to allow for the missed time.
It has now been nine days and I still do not have access to the training.
I have tried contacting you via phone on Friday and Today (23/06/2025) and no one is picking up and your online chat is never working.
It has come to the point where I would like to request a refund on my purchase before I take the next step of speaking to my credit card company and initiating a charge back.
Your company seems to have completely forgotten the basics of customer support.
