Hello (ISC)² Community Members!
We want to thank you all for your continued patience with us this summer. As you know, Samantha is no longer our Community Manager but we are in the process of finding a new member of our team here at HQ. We hope to have someone back in here full-time for you as soon as possible.
In the meantime, @Jarred_LeFebvre, Senior Corporate Communications Manager, and I will be here to help with any Community issues. We also have continued to add resources to our Member Services team and improve response times over the past few weeks, so please feel free to email MemberSupport@isc2.org for any (ISC)² member account issues you may have.
As this Community evolves, we can’t tell you just how important your feedback and input is to us. We look forward to taking the next steps in the evolution of the Community with you. As we get up to speed, we ask for your patience but also for all the constructive ideas you have for making this Community a great resource for members at all stages of their professional journey, as well as those looking to follow your steps into cybersecurity. Please feel free to PM myself or Jarred with any input you have for the future of the Community – or post it here for feedback from other members.
Also, if any of you will be at Security Congress, it would be great to meet you in person and hear your thoughts directly 🙂
