Hi, my name is Jeffery. I met some problems in register myself for the ISC2 exam, as after I updated successfully my profile, the interface shows that something went wrong and I need to contact the administrator for it. Can I get any help regarding on this?

I couldn't find the live chat option.
I got the problem with rescheduling of my CC exam, I reschedulled my last week exam to today, but now it's is saying my exam was conducted last week and I didn't appear, so my free turn is wasted.
Looking forward to your help about this.
