At no point have my dues ever gone unpaid. However, I've been receiving threats of certificate suspension from the early months of 2025. The first time I was threatened with suspension I actually got ahold of support and they told me now to worry about it. Shortly after I was threatened again with not paying dues. Today after a handful of months I received a text that my certifications were suspended. I have yet to receive any kind of response to this issue since I was told to ignore it. Also can't login my account for the past month to create a support ticket or find out more.
This is inexcusable and members should be receiving compensation for the lack of professionalism and access to the services they've paid for.
