Cannot pay first AMF

Trying to pay first AMF but receive the following error

“ We can't log you in because of an issue with single sign-on. Contact your Salesforce admin for help”.

It has been more than 24hrs since endorsement approval

Called London office, they were able to take payment and Welcome email was finally received. Case raised to fix up Salesforce issue
