Can't Pay Annual AMF

Hello,

I have attempted to pay my yearly AMF however I am unable to do so.  There is no link provided for me to pay.  I passed last year and paid my dues last year.  My certification is still valid but I would like to pay my year 2 fees so I do not lose my certification.

I left a message yesterday for member services but I have not heard anything.

Assistance would be appreciated.

Matt

These days you can only make a payment if you're approaching your annual due date.

What does it say when you click on this link?

https://www.isc2.org/Dashboard/Maintenance-Fee

Some more details about the AMF can be found here:

BTW - leaving voicemails or sending emails takes a while to get a response. If you really need urgent assistance, call them and keep calling until you speak with someone.

Hi Alec thanks for responding.  When I go to the link all that pops up is my profile link preferences.  I don't have a pay icon or area to submit my AMF.  My cycle started last year July, 2019 and ends June 2022.  Not sure if they won't open it up till the end of the month?

I don't know.  I never had a hard time with a business making it difficult to take my money :),

I don't know if you have any more ideas?

Looking back at some other posts, they say the payment option becomes available 45 days prior to when you need to pay.

However, the fact you can't open the maintenance fee page from the member portal (the one I posted the link to) suggests you're dealing with another issue, so you will need to persevere with contacting Member Services.

As I mentioned before, call them and keep calling until you speak with someone - leaving voicemails or sending emails will take a while to get a response.
