Can a Security Meet-up Qualify for CPE Credits?

Hi all. 

Currently, I’m co-organizing a monthly security meet-up in Berlin, which has been quite successful, with an average of 60 attendees each month. The meet-up consists of a 20-minute light talk and two hours of networking where we discuss various topics related to cybersecurity, information security, and more.

Since some of the attendees are ISC2 certified, I wonder if attending the meet-up can be considered CPE.
