CSSLP version

Hi,

I am planning to give in May 2019. Would the current version of CSSLP study material be valid till then or a new version would come up. Should I buy the current version CSSLP books?

If a new version is coming up, then by when can we expect the same?

I apologize for the delay in getting you an answer. While we cannot disclose when another update will be happening on any of the exams, we can say that we do perform Job Task Analysis (JTA) on all of our exams on a regular basis. Depending on the results of the JTA, domain name, tasks, and domain weights could change and these changes could be incremental. All of (ISC)²’s exams are experienced based, meaning there are many experience-based questions that cannot be answered through studying alone. If you feel that you have sufficiently studied the domains as they are today and have the necessary hands-on experience in those domains, you should feel confident that you are qualified to take the exam and pass it. Please note, (ISC)² cannot guarantee you will pass any exam.
