CPEs cannot be added outside of certification term

HI 

I'm going round in circles with emails/phone calls to ISC2 support and I'm getting nowhere.

I have issues to add CPEs in the CPE Portal.

I get the following message in the "Domain" Section: "CPEs cannot be added outside of certification term".

Plus ISC2 have over 30 CPEs that are not visible on the CPE also!  What is going on here with the portal!!  

Tried calling the UK number you get disconnected after being on hold for a while. So frustrating.

Many emails back and forth on this issue to membersupport@isc2.org.   I used another machine same problem so its not cookies.
