Since June 8, 2021, none of my CPEs from BrightTalk webinars (e.g., Thinktank Webinars) have posted. Prior to that, all posted automatically.
I contacted member support who appear not to have read my issue and gave a meaningless response. Have others been experiencing this, or am I just lucky?

You know, that's the first thing I did. After a couple of subsequent emails with your support people, we agreed for me to manually enter the credits. So, no help. I'd be happy to send you the email transcript.
