Hello all,
I tried to submit a CPE credit last week and, when I try to edit the number of hours it gives a red circle with a line through it to signify that it cannot be edited.
I sent a help ticket, and the only response I got was when they closed my request (NOT helpful At ALL).
Has anyone else had this type of block to editing the number of hours?
I finally gave up and entered the same information TWICE so I could get two hours credit, which is what I spent on this task.
