You should still calculate it as 1 hour of education = 1 CPE, but up to a maximum of 30 CPEs per certification.
The CEH effort should all count as Group A, but you'll need to decide how much of the AWS effort is Group A or B depending on how much of the content was related to the CISSP domains.
