CPE not getting credited

Does anyone know how i can get my CPSs credited? I get the following message when i try "WARNING: This term has expired for the CPE activity dates. Selecting domains for this term will prevent submission of the CPE"

I haven't gotten any responses from the member support and there is no number to reach out to them.
