CPE Audit

Hello,

 

my latest CPE input got the Status: "Selected For Audit".

So I have to respond to a CPE audit.

 

After doing so, I do not get any information, if it has been submitted - just a blank screen.

The status page did not change - it still states that I need to respond.

I did it already twice - is the process not working or just not updating?

You should contact ISC2 directly by email or telephone and clarify the situation.

Also, don't panic. As long as you have been filing your CPEs honestly and in good faith, you should be fine.

 

A percentage of CPEs are randomly selected for audit.  I have been through this twice and ended up passing both times with only needing to provide a bit of evidence.   This could be as simple as submitting a screenshot of your BrightTALK viewing history.

@Arne Thank you for your inquiry. Please submit proof of the audit to our CPE auditor at auditor@isc2.org. Once they receive proof, your audit will go into the queue for review.
