CISSP Certification showing as expired on Credily

When looking to download my badges for my CISSP, which I passed back in 2008, I am redirected to a site called Credily.  On the Credily site it shows my certification as having expired in 2020.  Thi is not correct as I have continue to keep my certification active both through fee's and CPE.  Could someone point me in a direction to get this fixed.
