I contacted Member Support about this issue in October. I was told over the phone that when November 1 comes around, the system should "refresh" and I should see my CCSP certificate on my transcript. However, as the attached screenshot shows, I still do not see it listed.
Can you please fix this issue? I want to see the CPEs that I earned for my CCSP (so far, I earned 34 CPEs).
I will send this over to one of our lead managers in member services today. Since it is Thanksgiving week here in the U.S., there could be a delay due to the holiday/short week.
