CC exam doesn't show up on the dashboard, but SSCP does

For some reason my CC exam doesn't show up on the dashboard, but the same cannot be said about SSCP:

I understand this is hardly a showstopper bug, but it would be great if ISC2 will fix it. 🙏

@DJExamTeam  Just did all of that, but to no avail: 

Apologies for forgetting to mention that from the beginning, but this problem started to show up after ISC2 revamped the member portal & dashboard last year. 🤔
