I hold 2 credentials: CISSP and CCSP.
CISSP was obtained Sep 7, 2010.
The first certification period was Oct 1, 2010 - Sep 30, 2013.
Add a second period (until 2016), third period (until 2019), fourth period (until 2022) and a fifth period (until 2025), and that's where we are yesterday before I paid my annual fee for the sixth period (until 2028).
CCSP was obtained Nov 22, 2022.
The first certification period is Dec 1, 2022 - Nov 30, 2025.
For both credentials, I have a surplus of CPEs required for the current period.
With the payment yesterday of my annual fee covering the period 2025-2028, I expected to see my CISSP certification to be extended until Sep 30, 2028, and my CCSP certification extended until Nov 30, 2028.
I was wrong: my CISSP certification period is from Jul 1, 2025 - Jun 30, 2028 (3 months less than it should be), but my CCSP certification is correct (Dec 1, 2025 - Nov 30, 2028).
I have raised a query through the 'query request form' on (ISC)2 contact page yesterday, but this form doesn't send you a confirmation e-mail with an incident number (any other company does so you have a reference) so I have no clue if this is being looked at. Can somebody in support update me, please?

Logged in again today to see if the issue has been corrected. To my surprise I now also lost 3 months certification in the badge section !!!!!
You can't just simply take away 3 months, that's robbery.
Proof of previous certification cycle:
Again, please CORRECT this.
Note: no response from support on my queries so far
