All my current CPEs have been moved to my prior cycle

All my current CPEs have been moved to my prior cycle, so it looks like I have completed nothing for this cycle. I submitted to member support and never received a response. Today I received a survey asking how well you did. Well, you did awful. Nothing has been fixed. I rated your support as terrible all around.

When will my issue actually be fixed?

Apparently, it has been fixed as of this morning, though I received no notice that it had been fixed.
