Account Deactivation Assistance

I need help deactivating my old account, I accidentally created a new account.  I mistakenly created a new account and I have two ISC2 accounts.


I cannot log in to my old account because it says a new password is needed and the instructions are sent to my email but I didn't receive any email. Also, it just goes back to the login page every time I try to log in to my old account.

 

I tried emailing membersupport@isc2.org. They responded, but after I replied, I haven't heard any updates for more than 8 days now.
