Dear ISC2 Support Team,
Good day.
I am currently unable to log in to my ISC2 account. I believe this may have happened after I changed my password multiple times. Whenever I attempt to log in, I receive an “Access Denied” message.
To try resolving the issue on my end, I have already cleared my browser cache and cookies and attempted to log in using different browsers, but I am still encountering the same error. I've also submitted the query form and email the member support.
I have an upcoming exam scheduled this week, so I would greatly appreciate your assistance in unlocking or restoring access to my account as soon as possible. This will allow me enough time to review and prepare before my exam schedule.
