About to lose my Exam Appointments without reply from Customer service - SUPPORT NEEDED!

I'm seeking your advice about the best course of action to have a reply from (ISC)2 about my exam rescheduling. I booked the exam and due to slow feedback and support about changing my last name, PV doesn't accept my boarding at the exam time. For 10 days now, I have still not been able to get confirmation from ISC about clearing this issue. Moreover, EG going on public holiday coming week, and may I lose my "peace of mind offer". 

 

Lastly, I feel shocked and disappointed with the quality of customer service with (ISC)2, Is this a normal process with them?
