Hello,
I am trying to pay AMF via credit card. But I get invalid expiration date error.
How is that not a valid date?

I got also my cards rejected not due to expiration issues but overall without explanation. I think it is due to PSD2 European regulations. Here in Europe Payments with cards need to have an interaction with bank and second authentication factor so here in Europe CVV is not used anymore but token with a challenge provided by the bank issuign the card. ISACA has already solved this and it's EU Ok but I think that ISC2 did not adjusted to EU requirements.

I am having the same issue.
AMF cannot be paid via credit card.
As soon as Credit card expiration date is selected for any valid card You get "Please enter valid expiration date" error message
Tried different valid cards, tried different browsers problem remains
This is very annoying
Hello,
Hi everyone,
I had the same issue (Please enter valid expiration date) and was able to figure out how to complete the payment.
The error doesn't appear on Safari browsers only, so you need a MAC machine for that, or perhaps an Ipad or something.
On Chrome, Firefox, and Opera browsers the issue appears but not on Safari.
Probably the developers of the payment site develop and test on MAC machines 🙂
No need to get in touch with support or wait for days if you have Safari.
Good luck!
Hi all,
Me too cant get the payment done. IPAD trick didnt work for me.
What is the alternate ?
Thank you & Regards
AMF payment, CPE portal and phone services have been restored. We apologize for any inconvenience. Thank you for your patience.
No it is not. Still having this issue and its pretty annoying!
I had the same issue. Very frustratring indeed.
I could pay my AMF by calling EMEA office manually. ( Giving card info etc)
Most likely cause is different PCI/DSS standards between the bank and application or
application is not handling regional date time settings correctly
it did work for me, and managed to make payment.
