I have been trying to reach out to resolve my issue with the AMF payment and I'm getting no response from any support team. I tried all emails, enquirers, phone numbers, and live chat but non is working nor responding.
I completed the AMF payment process but it gave me error message on the website, even though the amount got deducted from my bank account. I attached a screenshot as a proof to the successful transaction in the emails I sent.
This AMF payment is supposed to cover the cost required to attain the certificate and be a member after successfully completing the CC exam which I did. Payment required is still visible on my dashboard. I’ve been trying to contact support for the past week!!
What should I do and how can I receive assistance?
