Dear ISC2 Support Team,
I joined ISC2 a year ago to explore its benefits as a newcomer. However, my account has been suspended as the year has passed, and now it's asking for AMF.
I am eager to take advantage of the first free CC exam, but I am unable to do so due to the account suspension. What steps should I take next? Would it be appropriate to request the deletion of my current account so that I can create a new one?
It would take some time for me to prepare, and it seems that after some months, I have to pay AMF 2nd time! I find it unjust as I haven't yet attempted the exam or utilized any resources. Therefore, I question the necessity of an upfront payment.
I am willing to pay the AMF after successfully passing the CC exam, but not before.
Your assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.
Best Regards,
Syed Ibrahim Khalil
