FOIA.gov is a sort of a one-stop-shop for freedom of info requests to the US government. Recently they upgraded their software from 2.0 to 3.0. Historically, 3.0 versions are pretty good.
Not this time.
While the site normally provides some info about requests, in case it has already fulfilled what you want to know, it masks most information on requesters until everything is done. 3.0 seems to have put paid to that. Lots and lots of personal details on requesters became available.
