We've talked about accessing and messing with voting systems. We've talked about how easy it is. We've talked about the dangers of voting by smartphone.
So, it should come as no great shock that the US National Academy of Sciences has, in its expert panel study of the concept, come out with one major recommendation: use paper ballots.
(I mean, come on guys. We have known this for a long, long, long time ... I shouldn't even be putting this in "Industry News" ...)
