If you call 1177 in Sweden, you get to ask about possibly urgent but non-emergency medical situations you might find yourself in. You'll also get that "this call may be recorded for quality blah blah blah" message.
Well, if you called it since 2014 from certain parts of the country, the recording of your call might be on a server that was accessible over the Web. Millions of calls.
Since it's subject to GDPR, I imagine that lots of Swedish lawyers are just salivating over the possibilities ...
