For those of you who have the CISSP, there is a looooong discussion about the "reply via email" function that is available on this system. (It's mostly working, now, but it still rejects the occasional message without saying why.) The system still has bugs in it, and you have to figure out some work-arounds for the more obvious ones.
Which I was reminded of when I read this story about Ross Ulbricht tweeting from prison even though he is not allowed access to a computer. He is dictating his tweets to his family, and they are then posting them to Twitter in an account under his name.
