Dear all,

Google maintains one of the world's largest ecosystems of web applications. Depending on how you count, we have either hundreds or several thousand of distinct web services, most of which are sensitive from a security perspective. The size of our web app ecosystem has grown substantially in the past decade, which one might expect to have led to a similar growth in the number of security vulnerabilities affecting our services.
