RSA didn't fit Dell's go forward strategy anymore

Just in time for the big party! Dell has sold off its fledgling RSA division to a consortium that is led by the private equity group Symphony Technology. Other members of the consortium include the Ontario Teachers Pension Plan! Private equity firms want a big return on investment, so what does that mean for RSA? Take out the scalpels and start cutting it up...

Apparently Ontario Teachers Pension Plan has "$201.4 billion in net assets at June 30, 2019". Impressive.
