Most of the company not yet adopted proper physical & environmental security. Human are not categorized critical assets within critical data center environment.
People are casually switch off critical devices and moving network connection without proper information.
Finally priority incident identify such human error and we start identifying autopsy report W-who,W-What,-W-when & H-How.
User awareness,do & don's e-mail not sufficient in this case. We should have proper audit control in place. Critical device kept under lock and key only the intended person can provide approval to touch it respective to DCFM team, Cyber team, Network team and other steak holder who are not authorized to touch without proper change and approval communication.
Today Human error trend is more difficult to control rather than Cyber security issue.
