Pearson Vue is making a mess of the cancellations with their poor customer service and management.  My exam was cancelled twice in Mar and April just 1 week before the actual exam despite having paid and confirmed well in advance.  They just drop a cancellation email without explanation and I had to spend a lot of time trying to get through to their impossible hotline.  This not only impacts my study but also wasted the leaves  I took to study after confirming the exam date.  Not I am not sure when I can take the test.  What a horrid experience...

Hi there,

 

Is ISC2 planning to make remotely proctored/managed exam, i mean online exam, without going to any pearson place? You know know what, COVID-19 just started in my country and most probabley for 2 months or more it will not be possible to take exams in pearson locations. In the link you pasted here ( www.isc2.org/notice/COVID-19-Response. ) It says you are working on some "exam more accessible", what does it mean, is there a study for online exams or do you guys mean something different?

(ISC)2 Exams – Test Centers Opening

 

More than 80% of Pearson VUE testing centers worldwide that administer (ISC)2 exams are now open. For candidates whose exams had to be rescheduled due to COVID-19, as well as candidates yet to schedule their exams, please check the Pearson VUE website at https://home.pearsonvue.com/isc2. You’ll be able to schedule your exam for a date and time that works for you, and help ensure your comfort level and confidence in participating in an in-person exam. If you don’t see a testing center near you, please check back often as more capacity continues to be added daily.

 

Our top priority is the health and safety of all exam candidates. Pearson VUE will share all necessary information with scheduled candidates, including assurances about appropriate measures being taken for cleaning facilities, social distancing and any requirements for personal protective equipment such as masks.

 

Thank you to all exam candidates for your patience. We look forward to welcoming you as certified members of (ISC)2 as soon as possible.
