Interesting article although the author never states how the hacker got in. From reading, one has to assume that CISCO really needs to review and refine their account administration process when employees leave. Like a number of organizations, when folks leave passwords to privileged accounts are not always changed for a number of reason or they are under the impression that the disgruntled employee did not have access.
