CPEs Podcasts and Webcasts

I just got my CISSP and I am looking at these CPEs. I listen to SecurityNow with Steve Gibson every week. I also watch the Webcasts that Black Hills Information Security puts out on YouTube because I can attend the Webinar as I am a contractor right now and would not get paid for it. I also like to watch hacking videos on YouTube.

 

Do these count towards the CPEs. I am assuming it would 1 CPE for each podcast listened to and 1 CPE for each webcast I watched. But how do I show the proof?

Youtube does have a "viewing history" that you could use to grab a screenshot.

 

Proof does not need to  be extensive.  Even a CYA-style email to yourself memorializing the activity and sent immediately afterwards probably would be sufficient.
