CISA Cybersecurity Incident Response Guidance for Water Sector

Dear all,

The US Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) has published a cyber incident response guide for the water and wastewater sector. The document establishes cyber incident reporting guidance for the water sector; identifies pertinent resources, services, and free training; and encourages utilities to establish a robust cybersecurity baseline and to become members of local cybersecurity communities.

Wellington water authorities could do with this, but due to decades of under investment, now 40% of the water infrastructure is leaking causing them to go into level 2 water restrictions with levels 3 and 4 pending during a hot summer.

Should I take this as more cyber jobs will become available now?
